A physiotherapy business operates at a number of locations and employs muliptle staff in different capacities, including administration and practitioners.

Challenge
Due to the number of devices, use and management was a problem. There was no way to centrally manage devices without dedicated IT staff. Updates and synching files was problematic, prone to error and inefficient. Securing company files were at risk if a device was lost of stolen.

Solution
ITswitch looked at the client’s needs and worked out they needed their IT process to be streamlined, with standard applications, default software for each device, and to have the same set up for taskbar icons. This standardised the devices so all users could access and deploy business information in the same way, regardless of where they were working.
We provided a solution using Microsoft Intune MDM. Microsoft Mobile Device Management (MDM) provided a cost-effective way to manage iOS, Android, and Windows devices. With a simple device enrol process, the client’s devices now adhere to security standards, easy to enrol/wipe and able to manage through a centralized console.
ITswitch also standardise their Anti-Virus, deployed its Remote Management and Monitoring system on each device for ongoing support and maintenance. With this tool set, ITswitch is able to provide 24/7 monitoring and effective remote support.

Benefits
The client is now able to expand their business faster and easier. With a few simple steps, a user is created and assigned to a remote device. This allows the staff to use all the standard company applications and access company files.
When a staff member exits the business, they can be offboarded, securing company data and preventing any further access. With centralised anti-virus and remote support, the client now can rest assured they are in good hands.
